- In an electric big saucepan put 1 tbs olive oil, add onions & stir-fry 3' then add beef mince & speck and cook for further 4' just to brown a little bit then add garlic, salt, black pepper, ground cloves, thyme, sprinkle Cornstarch mixture over, give a quick mix then.
- Add the 1 1/2cups chicken Real Stock & vege stock, just stir then add tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce/tomato paste, BBQ sauce, vegemite & mix them all really well. Then turn the heat to low to a light simmer. Leave to simmer for 10'-12' & stir on every couple of minutes until you have a nice gravy for the Pie. Test the season. Turn off. Let it cool..
