Sloppy Joes are so delicious and you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn't like them, so that makes them the perfect food to serve at your family, your next Game Day Party, or to bring to your next Potluck Event. My family loves sloppy joes and they really went wild over these biscuits on to. Serve sloppy joe biscuit cups with a side of coleslaw and French fries or potato chips for a fabulous meal. Ingredients of Sloppy Joe in a biscuit
- You need of ground beef 80/20.
- You need of Manwich sauce.
- It's of bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Rays).
- Prepare of biscuits.
- You need of favorite shredded cheese.
- It's of muffin pan.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or saute pan over medium heat. Crumble the ground beef into the skillet along with the onion and bell pepper. I like the flavor of sloppy joe's, but I hate how messy they are. I always end up eating them as an open faced sandwich.
Sloppy Joe in a biscuit step by step
- Brown hamburger, drain grease.
- Add Manwich and bbq sauce to meat, soak all meat.
- Heat oven to biscuit temp.
- Place biscuits in muffin pan. Push in cups, make biscuits into a bowl in them.
- Add meat to each "biscuit bowl". Fill them, biscuits will rise..
- Place pan in oven. A few minutes before done, add shredded cheese on top of each one, place back in oven until cheese melted.
